DO NOT attempt to upload RLS-8350 or RLS-8500 firmware without consulting Tech Support!

These are firmware update files. The files are not self-extracting and will not update automatically.  Instructions for uploading the files can be found on the Qualstar website:

TLS Users must dertermine which firmware file version to use.  To determine which firmware file you need:
Press the Menu key
Select Maintenance
Select Display Revision
Part number 700105 or 700115 will be displayed.  Use the firmware file that matches this part number.  For example, if the part number displayed is 700105, use file 700105xxxx.
